We do not collect any personal information from the general public on the silkstem website. The only time you will be asked for personal information is if you are a retailer enrolling in our retailer training program which is hosted by Classmarker.com. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

- Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
- Cookies and Usage Data
Classmarker.com uses your Personal Data to contact you with test score results and we may use your Personal Data to send you your thank you gift, preselected by you within the retailer training program.
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service.
You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at any time by way of your device settings.
Tracking Cookies Data

Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
With regard to Classmarker.com, it is hosted on dedicated servers at Liquid Web (www.liquidweb.com). Liquid web provide on-site security highlighted by motion-detecting CCTV security cameras monitoring the entirety of their data centers, man traps, employee-only access, 24/7/365 manned security, the latest security system controls as well as reinforced poured concrete walls. The only “access” to ClassMarker’s data is the actual account holders, ClassMarker immediate staff and Limited Liquid Web Staff on our Request.
The ClassMarker backups are also located within Liquid Webs secure infrastructure again with the only access being ClassMarker and Liquid Web. All account login Passwords in ClassMarker are stored encrypted. Accounts will be locked after 5 failed log in attempts. Tests can still be taken so as to not disrupt Test takers, but account access will be restricted until the online reset password feature is used. All your data can be exported and then deleted from your account at any time, which will then be removed from backups after our 30 day rotation period. So you can delete data from your account at any time once you have your own copy. ClassMarker servers are kept up to date with the latest security updates and use a strong password policy.
Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals under the California Online Protection Act (CalOPPA)
We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service.
